Overview: The Project Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and successful execution of various IT projects , including cutting-edge AI-related initiatives. This role demands a strategic orientation towards achieving business goals through effective technology deployment, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects and programs, including those focused on artificial intelligence, to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
Review project proposals to determine timelines, funding limitations, staffing requirements, and procedural steps needed for successful completion.
Develop and manage IT budgets, accurately forecasting expenses and resource needs.
Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategies with overall business objectives, prioritizing projects based on business impact, budget, and resources.




Establish and maintain robust project management practices, adapting to current technologies and methodologies to enhance project delivery.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the adoption of current technologies and best practices across the organization.
Facilitate effective change management strategies to ensure high levels of user acceptance and minimal resistance to IT initiatives.
Build and maintain solid relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and industry partners to stay informed of emerging trends and technologies.
Ensure compliance with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other regulatory requirements.
