Role: Regional Manager
Location: Bengaluru
Salary Range: Negotiable based on experience and current salary
Languages Required: Kannada and English

A robust understanding of regional and state level political landscapes is essential for this role.

Role Overview:
We are looking for proactive and energetic individuals with proven expertise and a strong interest in primary research and qualitative analysis. The role involves conducting meaningful interactions and surveys with diverse stakeholders to gather, process and analyze data related to socio economic and political aspects across regions.

Key Responsibilities:
Stay updated with social, economic, political and governmental developments.
Conduct interactive discussions with stakeholders such as teachers,



government employees, sarpanch/ municipal members, retired professionals, doctors and social workers.
Manage end to end data collection, compilation and analysis.
Derive insights from primary research activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a robust command of Kannada and English.
Any graduate can apply.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in primary research, data analysis, operations, workforce management, sales or business development is preferred, but not mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
