Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure Management
Provisioning and Configuration: Setting up and configuring Cloud settings.
Monitoring and Maintenance: Regularly monitoring system performance and performing maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation.
Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues related to Cloud services.
Collaboration: Working with other technical teams to integgrated to Cloud with other systems and applications. Planning of critical IT Infrastructure while mapping future business growth
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
IT Operations Management
Cloud, Data Center, e-Security, Infrastructure Projects; Highly effective and effective operations as per business expectations
Cloud Platform optimization, High Availability & consolidation
Establish IT processes and automation
ITIL / ITSM / ITOM / ITAM
Establish and translate processes into automated systems




Develop new policies and processes for streamlining IT Cloud infrastructure
Organized & focused approach in reduction of IT Cloud Infrastructure related problems and issues
Implement checks and balances in enhancements/new projects to ensure smoother and error free operations
Implement capacity management according to business growth
Bring in Cutting-edge technologies for state of the art Infrastructure
Effective infrastructure management (optimal utilization of resources) / Cost Management
Infrastructure Projects: Ensuring timely delivery of Identified Infrastructure Projects
