About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and customer-focused Optometrist to join our retail stores in Bangalore. If you are passionate about eye care and delivering an excellent customer experience, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision tests
Prescribe corrective lenses and provide expert eye care advice
Assist customers in selecting suitable frames and lenses
Identify eye health concerns and refer patients when necessary
Maintain accurate patient records and reports
Ensure hygiene standards, equipment calibration, and clinical compliance
Support store sales by educating customers on lens options and upgrades
Deliver a high-quality customer experience aligned with brand values
Requirements
Eligibility & Requirements
Degree in Optometry (B.Optom / M.Optom / Diploma) is mandatory
Valid certification/license to practice
0–5 years of experience (Freshers with solid fundamentals can apply)
Good communication skills in English (local language is a plus)
Customer-centric, skilled, and detail-oriented
Willingness to work in a retail/store setting
