Your role
Appropriate academic and professional qualifications (Bachelor’s Degree with Master’s degree in transport planning/ transportation engineering)
Working experience (15+ years) in Transport Planning software like VISUM, CUBE, EMME, SATURN, DIADEM.
Experience and knowledge of Strategic Modelling techniques and guidance.
Knowledge of the technical transport planning environment
Robust numerate and analytical abilities, including a high degree of competence in MS Excel




Able to write a quality technical report
Ability to work in a team as part of a wider project
Experience in leading smaller teams as part of a project delivery
Good written communication skills
Be able to work individually.

Knowledge and experience of ME regional modelling guidance and approaches
Experience in the use of analytical and research tools such as GIS and the use of databases
An appreciation of the transport industry and related policy context
Professional membership of a relevant institution.
Experience in programming skills like Python, PowerBI, Excel-VBA and R.
