Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with urological disorders.
Conduct a full range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, TURP, and prostate biopsy.
Execute complex surgical interventions such as prostatectomy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, pyeloplasty, and renal transplantation.
Perform advanced reconstructive and corrective surgeries including bladder augmentation, urinary diversion surgery, bladder suspension surgery, and urethral stricture repair.
Provide expertise in male reproductive health, including penile prosthesis implantation and vasectomy/vasectomy reversal procedures.
Lead and participate in the management of kidney stone disease through lithotripsy and endoscopic stone removal.
Manage patients requiring artificial urinary sphincter insertion and orchiectomy for oncological or functional indications.




Collaborate with transplant teams in pre- and post-operative care for renal transplant recipients.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records and documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Engage in ongoing medical education, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Mentor junior medical staff, residents, and medical students in clinical and surgical techniques.

Requirements
MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Urology (MS in Urology or DNB in Urology).
Minimum of 1 year of post-qualification clinical experience in a hospital or specialized urology center.
Proven proficiency in all required surgical skills, including:
Artificial Urinary Sphincter Insertion
Bladder Augmentation
Bladder Suspension Surgery
Cystectomy
Cystoscopy
Kidney Stone Removal (Lithotripsy)
Nephrectomy
Orchiectomy
Penile Prosthesis Implantation
