Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Lead Backend Engineer to own and strengthen the core platform that powers our product.
This role focuses on platform reliability, performance, security, and scalability. You will ensure the system runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently while supporting real-world integrations and platform expansion.
You will work closely with the Data Engineering function to ensure seamless operation across services, data flows, and integrations.

Maintain high platform uptime, reliability, and performance

Design and manage APIs and service interactions
