A ) Key Responsibilities
Channel Strategy & Business Development
Develop and implement channel sales strategy for project sales
Identify, onboard, and activate high-potential channel partners
Expand and activate the channel-partner network aggressively in micro market, specifically near project, in North Bangalore.
Channel Partner Management
Build and maintain robust relationships with key channel partners
Ensure regular engagement through meetings, calls, and site visits
Drive partner loyalty through continuous communication and support
Sales Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through channel partners
Monitor partner-wise performance and push for higher conversions
Drive closure support for high-value deals
Team Management
Mentor Sales Executives to convert sales driven through channel partner.
Set targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching
Ensure daily reporting, follow-ups, and discipline in the team
Channel Engagement & Activation
Plan and execute CP meets, engagement events, and project launches
Ensure partners are updated on pricing, inventory, and offers
Provide marketing tools (brochures, presentations, digital creatives)
Lead & CRM Management
Ensure all leads generated via channel partners are recorded in ERP.
Monitor lead tracking, follow-up cycles, and conversion ratios
Client need analysis must be recorded in ERP as per company standard.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with CRM and finance teams for smooth closures
Ensure timely documentation, booking, and agreement processes
Resolve operational issues impacting channel sales
Market Intelligence
