Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Environmental Sensor Specialist to support integration, calibration, validation, and production readiness of environmental sensors used across Aurassure’s climate-tech and environmental monitoring products.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end integration and validation of environmental sensors including:
Air Quality Sensors
Weather Monitoring Sensors
Flood & Water Level Sensors




Gas & Particulate Monitoring Systems
Perform sensor testing for accuracy, stability, response time, drift, and environmental tolerance
Execute calibration, lab testing, and field validation procedures
Debug hardware and communication issues using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and analyzers
Support deployment and real-world validation of cloud-connected IoT sensor platforms
Define QC standards, test plans, acceptance criteria, and release approvals
Maintain technical documentation, calibration records, and validation reports
Collaborate with hardware, firmware, cloud, product, and field teams

Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field
3+ years of experience in:
Environmental Sensor Integration
Embedded Systems
IoT Hardware Validation
Sensor Calibration & Testing
Solid understanding of sensor communication protocols:
