Job Summary:

We are seeking a agile and experienced qualified to lead the Product Development function for its advanced home appliance segment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the washing machine category, with a proven track record of leading current product development from concept to market launch. This leadership role requires a combination of strategic foresight, technical depth, and cross-functional execution capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Planning
Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and development strategy aligned with market trends and business goals.
Analyze market data, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to drive product innovation and differentiation.

Research & Development Leadership
Drive the entire product lifecycle from research and ideation through design, prototyping, validation, and mass production.
Oversee concept feasibility studies, technical documentation, and performance benchmarking of products.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate closely with R&D;,



engineering, sourcing, quality, manufacturing, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
Ensure design for manufacturability, cost optimization, and adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Technology & Vendor Management
Identify emerging technologies and collaborate with domestic/international vendors and OEMs for component development and sourcing.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry certifications.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Communication
Build and lead a high-performing product development team.
Present product proposals and progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Skills & Technical Proficiency:
In-depth experience in washing machine product development or closely related appliances.
Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, component engineering, electrical integration, and firmware coord
