Role Details
Contract Period: 3 months
Work type: Remote

Your Role
Act as the primary operations support for the creative and marketing team, assisting with day-to-day operational tasks whenever required
Serve as the bridge between internal teams and external production houses, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution




Coordinate with external scriptwriters and internal stakeholders to ensure scripts move seamlessly through the production pipeline
Track deliverables, follow up with stakeholders, and proactively escalate any blockers or delays.
Ensure end-to-end operational coordination so that creative production, approvals, and execution happen without bottlenecks
Support ad production and campaign operations by handling operational tasks as required and ensuring all processes run efficiently
Maintain explicit communication across teams and ensure ownership until issues are resolved

Requirements
0 - 1 years of experience in managing content creators and agency partners
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal
Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Microsoft Excel
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to recent tools and processes
