Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Project Manager – HVAC (Chillers) to manage end-to-end execution of HVAC projects, specifically focusing on chiller installation, commissioning, and testing.



The candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time while ensuring quality, safety, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end project execution of HVAC systems with a focus on chillers
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning (ITC) activities at project sites
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMC, vendors, and internal teams
Drive site planning, execution strategy, and resource management
Monitor project progress and resolve any technical or operational challenges
Ensure compliance with EHS and quality norms
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS updates
Support project closure including handover, documentation, and billing coordination

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
8–12 years of relevant experience in HVAC project execution
Solid experience in Chiller syst
