Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager - Channel Sales will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth in specified region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a robust background in channel sales and partner management, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Must possess excellent relations with Consultants , Architects, Contractors, Developers & Interior Designers in the given territory

Key Responsibilities:
Channel Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard recent channel partners to expand the company's distribution network. Develop and execute strategies to strengthen relationships with existing partners.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive growth through channel partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate partner performance, providing support and guidance to help partners achieve their sales targets.



Implement programs to enhance partner performance and satisfaction.
Training and Support: Provide training and resources to channel partners to ensure they are well-equipped to sell the company's products and services. Assist partners with marketing, sales tools, and promotional activities.
Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and partner activities. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for channel sales initiatives.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers and stakeholders through channel partners. Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise.
