As a Lead Analyst - Program Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects are managed exceptionally and delivered flawlessly. What You'll Do
Manage the delivery of features from inception to approval, liaising with collaborators throughout the development process
Track and report progress on projects, including achievements, risks/issues, and burndowns




Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Coordinate and report on multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on accuracy
Provide estimates on recent developments and track estimates versus actuals
Recognize, convey, and monitor all project dependencies
Manage collaborator expectations and promptly address urgent issues
Communicate development progress and commercial timelines to teams
Facilitate meetings with global teams and collaborators
Interact with delivery managers, development teams, product managers, quality teams, compliance teams, and senior leadership
Update project status using Project Web App for PowerBI/Fabric reports
Maintain data accuracy in required systems and publish regular and ad-hoc reports
Identify, communicate, and carry out continuous improvement activities
Participate in developing effective PMO program/project tools for process sta
