As part of its development in India, the organisation is strengthening its
commercial team and is seeking its future Head of Sales for India.

This chance is ideal for a energetic B2B Sales
Manager with experience in software sales, motivated by direct sales and
the structuring of a distribution network or business introducers.

Main
Responsibilities :

Commercial
Development
Identify and pursue new commercial prospects in
India within key industrial sectors.
Develop and implement strategies to expand the
customer base of the organisation, qualify existing prospects, and
generate new leads.
Establish and implement a commercial conquest strategy
through various channels: direct sales; distributors; business introducers.

Account
Management
Build strong relationships with existing customers to
maintain and develop the active customer base by expanding their usage of our solutions in India or internationally.




Implement cross-selling and upselling strategies to
maximize the value generated by each account.

Sales Strategy
& Execution
Build, nurture, and manage a robust sales pipeline.
Oversee the entire sales cycle in coordination with
the VP Sales SA, the teams of India, and
the product teams
Prepare tailored proposals for commercial targets and
respond to tenders (RFIs/RFPs).
Negotiate contracts and oversee the sales cycle until
project delivery.

Customer
Satisfaction
Ensure a high-quality customer experience by
monitoring the implementation of agreed projects with customers and commercial
targets, deadlines, and compliance with deliverables.
Act as a trusted partner for our India customers and seek long-term collaborations.
