What can I expect from this role?

Your role will be to work with the Mechanical Design Team in getting all mechanical
components manufactured with the help of fabricators/ vendors/manufacturers in Bengaluru.

What will my work responsibilities look like if I join Nymble?
Building a solid supplier ecosystem in India to support the manufacturing requirements
of the Mechanical Design Team.
Managing relationships and negotiating with key suppliers at a senior and strategic
level.
Understanding manufacturing requirements from the Design Team, deciding what
manufacturing operation is right from a quality and cost perspective, finding the right
vendor for the given manufacturing job and getting it done.
Regularly following-up with vendors

Requirements

Position Requirements:
4+ years of on-ground manufacturing experience.
Diploma/B.Tech in Manufacturing Engg/Technical field is mandatory.
Candidates should have an existing network of vendors that they are familiar with.
Understanding of all metal & plastic manufacturing processes




Ability to understand technical & assembly drawings
Good communication and documentation skills
Ability to get work done from different vendors
