Description
The Product Head for Savings Accounts is responsible for the strategic leadership and management of the bank's savings account product portfolio.
This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy to drive growth, optimize performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.
The Product Head will oversee the entire lifecycle of savings account products, from ideation and development through to market launch and ongoing management.

Responsibilities
Create and implement segmented innovations for Savings, Salary, and TASC accounts by leveraging market best practices and competitive benchmarks.
Design and execute comprehensive sales and communication strategies for Savings Account products to enhance market presence and drive customer acquisition.




Utilize data analytics to manage and optimize the Savings Account portfolio, focusing on increasing customer engagement, product adoption, and overall market penetration.
Oversee the quality of account sourcing by effectively managing the entire customer lifecycle to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
Implement and maintain regulatory compliance for Savings Accounts, ensuring that all products and processes adhere to relevant legal and industry standards.

Qualifications

Qualifications: Graduate/MBA
Experience: 13 to 20 years
