Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets.
Identify and research potential clients and markets for growth prospects.
Generate recent leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals that are mutually beneficial.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align efforts and support growth initiatives.
Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.




Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the companyâs offerings and market trends.

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (4+ years preferred in recruitment industry).
Robust understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and competition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales pipeline management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
