Requirements
Key Competencies
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in User Experience Design, HCI, or related field.
0–2 years of experience or robust academic/portfolio projects.

Roles & Responsibilities
Creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for apps, dashboards, and web platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business goals into wireframes, flows, and prototypes.
Participate in user research,



usability testing, and stakeholder workshops.
Contribute to experience maps, personas, and information architecture.
Work closely with UI designers and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
Document design decisions and iterate based on feedback and data.

Requirements and Skills
Basic understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Miro & Notion and design thinking & agile methodologies.
Valuable communication and collaboration skills.
Exposure to design thinking and agile workflows.
