Job Description:
Create, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards, including documentation
Exposure to latest construction practices
Preparation of checklists, formats related to quality and safety
Random review of checklist, formats and test reports
Ensuring regular material testing in Independent third party Laboratory
Assisting and Guiding Project team for better quality of work and improving site safety
Knowledge of material testing and Concrete mix design
Analyse construction process and observations to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement, then develop and implement corrective actions.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and regulations.
Investigate quality and safety issues to determine the root cause and lead the resolution process with relevant teams.




Mentor and train junior engineers and work with various teams (mix design, improvement in construction practices) to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
Monitor key quality metrics, analyse performance data, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
Ensure best practises for QA/QC .

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Experience: 14+ years with experience in real estate / building projects of large size with minimum 6 years in QA-QC Domain
Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech Civil (Minimum),.
Qualified Qualification:- ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45000:2018 added advantage
Industry: Real Estate / PMC / Building Construction / Contracting / EPC / TPI
