About the Role

Seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to support the Founder & CEO in a rapid-paced, high-growth workplace. This role is ideal for someone with long-term aspirations to grow into a Chief of Staff position. You'll be the founder’s right hand—managing priorities, driving execution, and keeping operations seamless across the company.

This is not a strategy role—yet. But for someone who brings initiative, builds trust, and operates with ownership, the path to a strategic leadership role is open.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize the founder’s calendar, communications, and task list
Draft emails, prep meeting notes, take minutes, and track follow-ups
Coordinate across departments: legal, finance, hiring, investor relations
Create operational playbooks and streamline business workflows
Leverage AI tools (e.g.,



ChatGPT), Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack for productivity
Build internal systems to keep the company aligned and the founder focused
Act as a calm, trusted presence in a dynamic, high-velocity setting

Requirements
Qualifications
Based in Mumbai and available to work full-time, in person
Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and discreet
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy with robust command of productivity tools (ChatGPT, Notion, Slack, etc.)
High emotional intelligence and strong judgment
Ego-free and enthusiastic about handling both strategic and support tasks
