Job Description:
Design, develop, and implement advanced AI/ML algorithms and models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Research and explore current AI/ML techniques and technologies.
Train and optimize AI/ML models on large datasets.
Evaluate and improve the performance of AI/ML models.
Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to create high-quality datasets.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of AI/ML.
Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
Robust programming skills in Python, Django, and Flask
Expertise in machine learning algorithms and techniques (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, deep learning).




Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
Experience with popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for AI/ML and a desire to make a significant impact.
Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn).
Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control, Docker, testing, and CI/CD.
Experience working in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
