Role Overview: We're looking for an experienced skilled with a solid background in organic certification to take on a senior role within our inspection team. As a Senior Inspector, you'll bring both technical know-how and mentoring skills to the job — overseeing audits, helping raise quality standards across the division, and playing a key part in developing our Inspectors.





Key Responsibilities:
Take overall responsibility for the planning, execution, and documentation of audits.
Lead, supervise, and mentor Inspectors, serving as their direct superior within the Certification Division.
Conduct and document witness inspections of Inspectors as part of competence evaluation, authorisation, and ongoing performance monitoring.
Carry out lead audits of Inspectors at least once a year or as required, with findings documented and reported to the Division Head.
Compose audit teams and ensure all team members meet the required competence and independence criteria in accordance with ISO 17065 and NPOP accreditation requirements.
Ensure all participating personnel have signed the Confidentiality Agreement and relevant work instructions prior to the commencement of any evaluation.
