Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance preferred.
7+ years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical services sector.
Proven expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
Robust proficiency in cost control strategies, operational efficiency improvement, and financial modeling.
In-depth knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS), tax regulations, and compliance frameworks applicable to healthcare organizations.




Advanced skills in financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas).
Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making capabilities.
Experience leading cross-functional financial initiatives and managing audit processes.
Solid leadership, team management, and change management skills with a focus on operational excellence.
