About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated US Recruiter to join our team. This is an entry-level position, ideal for individuals looking to start or grow their career in recruitment and talent acquisition. As a US Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to support hiring requirements for our US-based clients. You will receive training, mentorship, and the opportunity to build hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments (phone/online interviews).
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future job openings.
Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within set timelines.
Track and update recruitment activities using ATS (Applicant Tracking System)



or internal databases.
Stay updated with US job market trends, employment laws, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory).
0–2 years of experience in recruitment (experience with US IT/Non-IT staffing is an advantage, but freshers with robust communication skills are welcome).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
Basic knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
