We are seeking a skilled and certified WMS Solution Designer with hands-on experience in implementing and configuring WMS across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and functional capabilities, along with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and mentor junior members.
Technical Skills
Proven experience in at least 2 WMS site implementations
Solid understanding of:
RF (Radio Frequency) technologies
MTF (Material Transfer Framework)
Socket Communications
EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
Ability to design and optimize technical architecture for WMS solution
Functional Skills
Experience in solution design and end-to-end WMS configuration
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
Skilled in preparing documentation and writing samples for solution delivery
Interpersonal Skills
Robust communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Comfortable and confident in virtual meetings and on-camera interactions
Demonstrated ability to mentor mid-level and entry-level team members
Collaborative mindset with a focus on team development and knowledge sharing
