As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that Zoho’s suite of applications effectively supports client and internal business requirements. You will analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the business solution with respect to the Zoho product offerings.

Requirements
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients across service industries (FinTech, Consulting, IT Services, etc.)
Translate business needs into functional specifications for Zoho solutions (CRM, Books, People, Desk, Creator, etc.)
Work closely with internal technical teams to design and implement scalable Zoho-based solutions.
Conduct gap analysis, workflow design, and solution architecture within the Zoho ecosystem.




Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and post-implementation hand holding.
Act as a single point of contact for clients during requirement gathering and solution discussions.
Ensure documentation is maintained for processes, configurations, and use cases.

Skills & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer
Science
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in
SaaS or software product companies
Solid understanding of business analysis tools and
techniques
Proficiency with Zoho products (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Projects) and platforms is a strong
advantage
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving
skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a quick-paced, agile
environment
