Position: Head – QA/QC (Project Quality Management & Interface Management)

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: SBU Head

Role Purpose

Lead and manage the overall Project QA/QC function for large-scale EPC projects in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, and Industrial sectors. The role is responsible for establishing quality systems, ensuring compliance with international standards, and maintaining project quality across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience
25 – 28 years of experience in large-scale EPC projects.
Experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, and Industrial projects.
Proven experience in Project Quality Management for multi-million EPC projects.

Technical Competencies




Strong knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction quality management.
Expertise in engineering quality, process quality, and construction quality.
Strong understanding of steel structures, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation quality.
Familiarity with Indian and international standards including:
IS Codes
BS / Euro codes
ASCE
ACI
Experience in developing material specifications and quality procedures.
Exposure to construction activities and site quality management.
Knowledge of FEM and ANSYS software is an advantage.
