Fusion Sales & Service including VBS & Redwood
UI :
7+ years exp on implementation of Fusion Sales ,
Service or Subscription Management
Analyze current systems and data to identify current
requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or
modifications if necessary.
Develop unit test scripts and coordinate with the
client to perform the User Acceptance Testing of the system enhancements
or custom solutions.
Ability to formulate a broader perspective of an issue
by recognizing the inter-dependencies and inter-play between elements.
Robust techno-functional skills in proposing, designing
optimal solutions, including ownership of the overall solution for
customization/extension/integrations on Oracle CX products.
hands-on experience in functional configurations and
customization in the following areas - custom objects, groovy scripting,
assignment manager, workflows, triggers email alerts, Data Migration, OTBI
Analytics etc.
