What you’ll build
As a senior UX writer/in-product content designer for SAP Ariba, your tasks will include:
Independently leading design of in-product content, such as UI texts, onboarding flows, guided experiences, error messages, and contextual guidance, that makes complex workflows intuitive
Owning the content design decisions for your assigned product areas and acting as the primary point of contact in those domains.
Close collaboration with UX designers, researchers, and writers; PM, engineers, and technical writers across the entire design lifecycle to ensure quality and consistency within your product area and across our Procurement suite.
Leveraging and exploring tools and skills for AI-first UX writing to scale content creation, improve consistency, and explore creative content approaches.
Acting as an advocate for a coherent, high-quality user experience with content as a core
