Mandatory Skills:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (3+ years relevant experience)
Automated Testing using Microsoft CRM Libraries
Service Module Testing
Writing and executing test cases (positive & negative scenarios)
Experience with test case management and defect tracking systems
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong documentation and client communication skills

Valuable to Have Skills:
Experience managing UAT and client-side test cycles
Familiarity with Agile SDLC practices
Exposure to training documentation and knowledge sharing
Client-facing experience for test clarifications and issue resolution

The candidate must be capable of independently managing test plans, executions, and defect reporting, while ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate ownership, technical accuracy, and the ability to operate efficiently in a hybrid work workplace.
