job Title: Junior Associate Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements.
Support development of workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
Participate in requirement gathering and documentation.
Provide support for ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
Perform testing (Unit Testing & UAT Support) and troubleshoot issues.
Assist in preparing technical documentation and user guides.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT,



or related field.
Basic understanding of ITSM concepts.
Knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals.
Understanding of databases and basic SQL concepts.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapid-paced workplace.

Preferred (Good to Have):
ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification (or pursuing).
Internship/Project experience in ServiceNow.
Basic knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with Agile methodology.
