We are looking for a agile and motivated Sales & Service Engineer to support our sales operations and provide technical service assistance. Freshers are encouraged to apply. The role involves field visits, customer interaction, product demonstrations, and after-sales support. Candidates should be willing to travel pan India and possess a valid driving license with a bike preferred for field visits.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sales activities including lead generation, client visits, and product promotion.
Provide basic technical service and support to customers
Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features to clients
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients
Prepare daily visit reports and update sales/service records




Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and service resolution
Travel pan India to customer sites as required

Requirements
Qualification: Diploma Engineer / ITI / B.Sc / BBA (Any relevant stream)
Freshers are welcome; prior internship or field experience is a plus
Willingness to travel for local field visits
Bike with valid driving license preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic technical understanding and problem-solving ability
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting
