Job summary:

We are seeking a
detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage end-to-end
operational activities for our corporate gifting business. The role involves
vendor coordination, procurement, inventory tracking, order processing,
packaging, and timely dispatch to ensure smooth delivery of corporate gift
orders.

Key responsibilities:

a) Order Management:
Coordinate with the sales
team to receive confirmed orders.
Prepare order execution plan
as per client requirements.
Ensure timely processing and
dispatch of bulk gift orders.

b) Vendor & Procurement:

Management:
Identify and negotiate with




vendors/suppliers
Raise purchase orders and
follow up on material delivery.

c) Packaging & Dispatch:
Oversee gift packing,
branding, and customization
Coordinate with logistics
partners for delivery.
Track shipments and ensure
on-time delivery.
Documentation &
Reporting.

d)Maintain operational MIS
reports:
Update order status in
CRM/ERP system
Handle billing coordination
with the finance team.

Requirements
Robust
communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical
knowledge on systems.
Data
handling
Time
management.
Proficient
in Ms office (Word, Excel, etc)
Languages
(English, Kannada and Hindi)
