About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented HRBP qualified to partner closely with business leaders at Paytm Money. This role requires someone who can independently manage end-to-end HRBP responsibilities, drive people initiatives, influence stakeholders, and contribute strategically to business growth. The ideal candidate should have a robust business partnership mindset, executive presence,
and the ability to balance employee engagement with business priorities in a quick-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:• Partner closely with business leaders and managers to understand business priorities and align HR strategies accordingly.• Drive end-to-end HRBP responsibilities including employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, talent discussions, and organizational effectiveness.• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and provide guidance on people-related matters and team effectiveness.• Lead and drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance culture, collaboration, and retention.• Support managers in driving performance conversations, people development, and team productivity.• Identify people's challenges proactively and drive practical, business-oriented solutions.• Drive ownership and accountability across teams while ensuring a positive employee experience.• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning &
