We are hiring an Automation & AI Developer to design and build AI-powered systems that improve business operations.
This role combines technical execution with strategic thinking. You will assess workflows, identify automation opportunities, and build scalable solutions using AI tools and automation platforms. You'll also create transparent documentation and enable non-technical teams to operate systems independently.
This is a client-facing role requiring both robust technical ability and the ability to communicate solutions clearly.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Solution Design
Analyze business operations and identify automation opportunities
Define clear automation hypotheses and expected outcomes
Design scalable AI and automation architectures
Present recommendations to stakeholders
Automation Development
Build end-to-end automations using tools like Zapier or Make
Integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT,
Claude) into workflows
Test, deploy, and optimize automation systems
Create reusable templates and systems
Systems & Infrastructure
Manage and maintain WordPress environments
Handle hosting, domains, and basic server administration
Support integrations across tools and platforms
Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
Documentation & Enablement
Write clear, step-by-step documentation for non-technical users
Train team members on using and maintaining systems
Contribute to internal knowledge base and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Background in software development or system architecture
Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier and/or Make)
Experience using AI tools in development workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and li
