Perform PHECOO (Phacoemulsification with Cataract Surgery) and other advanced cataract surgical procedures with precision and adherence to clinical protocols.
Provide pre- and post-operative care, including patient counseling, surgical planning, and follow-up monitoring.
Utilize advanced diagnostic imaging and intraoperative technologies to optimize surgical outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including optometrists, nurses, and medical technicians, to ensure seamless patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Stay current with evolving ophthalmic technologies, surgical techniques, and clinical guidelines through continuous career development.
Participate in hospital quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical research or audit activities as needed.
Provide patient education on eye health, preventive care, and post-surgical care instructions.

Requirements:
MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Ophthalmology (MD/MS in Ophthalmology).
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on clinical experience in ophthalmology, with documented proficiency in PHECOO surgery.
Proven track record of performing cataract surgeries with high success rates and low complication incidence.
Robust knowledge of intraocular lens (IOL) selection, biometry, and refractive outcomes.
Familiarity with contemporary surgical equipment, including phacoemulsification machines, OCT, and visual field analyzers.
