The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospects. While the role is primarily office-based, occasional customer visits may be required based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, referrals, and online research.
Reach out to prospective customers to understand their business requirements and introduce company solutions.
Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer information, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through the sales cycle.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth.
Generate sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Participate in occasional customer meetings and site visits when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Tele Sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritise work, and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
