Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Retail Network Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard current Retailers to join our retail network. Develop strategies to expand our retail presence and increase market penetration
Retailers Training: Design and implement training programs for Retailers to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service capabilities. Monitor progress and provide ongoing support and coaching
Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute cutting-edge acquisition strategies to attract recent Retailers and customers. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align acquisition efforts with overall business goals

Candidate Requirements:
Prior experience in broadband services
Experience with retail platforms such as Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.
Must be a local resident of the area
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
Strong retailer and distributor network

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Qualifications-Any, Diploma holders and above preferred , Otherwise relevant experience is expected
