Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and enforce safety regulations and compliance at the plant site.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Provide safety training and toolbox talks to plant workers.
Maintain safety records, incident reports, and risk assessments.
Investigate accidents/incidents and recommend preventive measures.
Ensure usage of PPE and protected work practices.
Coordinate with department heads for safety planning and implementation.
