Role Summary

We are looking for a Brand & Growth Manager who combines creative thinking with a solid growth mindset. The ideal candidate will build brand awareness while driving measurable business outcomes across customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and referrals. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, campaign execution, customer insights, and performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Own brand positioning and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Build campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, trust, and premium perception.
Ensure consistency across digital, offline, and customer communication channels.
Monitor brand performance using awareness, engagement, and sentiment metrics.
Growth Marketing & Demand Generation
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue.




Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to improve full-funnel conversion.
Develop referral, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
Increase direct and organic acquisition through sustainable growth programs.
Customer Insights & Campaign Management
Conduct customer research to identify growth opportunities and improve messaging.
Translate customer insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
Plan and execute campaigns with clearly defined goals, KPIs, and performance measurement.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on customer behavior and business outcomes.
Analytics & Cross-functional Collaboration
Track campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
Measure KPIs including customer acquisition, engagement, referrals, retention, and campaign ROI.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Content, CRM, and Performance Marketing teams to improve customer experience.
