Job purpose:

This role supports the delivery and enhancement of operational and financial reporting to enable effective business decision-making. It plays a key role in ensuring accurate, consistent, and accessible reporting during and following the implementation of NetSuite and associated analytics platforms.

Core responsibilities:
Develop and maintain operational and financial reports using Excel, NetSuite, and related systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements
Analyse data to identify trends and provide explicit, actionable insights




Support the consistency and standardisation of reporting outputs across teams
Assist in improving reporting structures, formats, and accessibility
Document reporting processes, data definitions, and business logic
Support the implementation and ongoing use of NetSuite and NSAW reporting capabilities
Coordinate the distribution of reporting outputs via Teams, SharePoint, and other tools
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting and data usage
Other duties as assigned.

Required experience and skills:
4–6 years’ experience in reporting, data analysis, or financial operations roles
Experience working with business reporting tools and datasets
Working knowledge of NetSuite reporting (Saved Searches and standard reports)
Exposure to NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) is beneficial
Robust Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
Ability to analyse data and present insights in a explicit and structured w
