Working Days: Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturdays (1st and 3rd Saturdays will be working; 2nd, 4th and 5th Saturdays will be off)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Business Process Development Executive with hands-on experience in CRMs, along with exposure to automation tools like Make, n8n, or similar platforms. This role involves building, optimizing, and maintaining business workflows, as well as supporting reporting and data visibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze existing business processes and identify prospects for automation and optimization




Build and manage workflows on CRM applications (Zoho CRM, Leadsquared, Salesforce or similar platforms)
Develop and maintain automations using tools like Make (Integromat), n8n, or similar platforms
Work on data flow between systems using APIs, webhooks, and integrations
Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics or Lookerstudio
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to gather requirements and implement solutions
Troubleshoot automation failures and system issues proactively
Document workflows, automations, and reporting structures

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1 - 2 years of experience with CRMs (Zoho CRM, Leadsquared, Salesforce or similar platforms)
Hands-on experience with at least one automation tool (Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar)
Working knowledge of Lookers
