We are looking for passionate and motivated Java Developer – Freshers to join our development team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want to start their career in Java development and gain hands-on experience working on real-world applications under senior mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining Java-based applications.
Write clean, readable, and well-structured code under guidance.
Support senior developers in debugging and resolving issues.
Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
Work with databases and integrate REST APIs.
Perform unit testing and ensure application quality.
Document technical processes and application features.
Continuously learn new Java frameworks and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (2023–2025 pass-outs may apply).
Strong knowledge of Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
concepts.
Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
Basic knowledge of JDBC, Servlets, or Spring/Spring Boot is a plus.
Understanding of SDLC fundamentals.
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
Valuable communication and teamwork abilities.
Good to Have
Internship or academic project experience in Java development.
Familiarity with Git version control.
Exposure to web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Basic understanding of RESTful APIs.
