We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented engineers with 2–4 years of hands-on

experience in plant engineering, utilities management, maintenance operations, and energy

monitoring. The role involves supporting engineering projects, ensuring reliable utility

operations, driving preventive maintenance, and contributing to energy optimisation and

compliance initiatives across manufacturing facilities.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals who demonstrate robust technical fundamentals,

analytical thinking, ownership, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams within a

regulated manufacturing workplace.

Requirements
Ensure reliable operation of plant utilities such as HVAC systems, water systems
(primary/secondary/tertiary), steam, compressed air, and related infrastructure.
Track and monitor plant KPIs such as downtime, MTBF, MTTR, energy consumption,and water usage.
Assist in execution of engineering and capacity expansion projects.
Ensure adherence to cGMP, EHS, and internal SOP requirements.
Collaborate with Production, QA, QC, Stores, Engineering,



and EHS teams.
