Job Description:
Proficient in AutoCAD, ERP or SAP
Automotive and Oil & Gas industry background are highly preferred
Responsible for Tool development and Tool Trials, JIG & Fixtures.
Development of machining process and programming for current parts manually for large size horizontal boring, Vertical machining , turning, Experience on steel castings machining will be preferred.
Expertise in Current component machining proving, Fixture setting, Component drawing study, Subassembly operation fulfilling the production target through workload distribution.
Must know CNC VMC, HMC,HBM ,Turning technical specs and machining parameters and ability to quote the time required for a certain job after studying a drawing.
Responsible for ECN implementation & Tool Trial, RFQ, Spec Meeting, Close of event Timely as per customer requirement.
Supervise the production engineering team and assist in the design and commissioning of fixtures and tooling necessary for machining recent components.
Training and development of operators to ensure proper execution of the defined processes.




Co-ordination Between Machine Shop and handling & monitoring Prototype / sample development.To ensure all critical process part to be re- inspected before dispatch
A good knowledge of appropriate cutting data for machining a variety of materials including stainless steel, carbon steel, high alloy steel etc.,
Responsible for Prepare the APQP, PPAP Documents to analyse and take corrective & preventive actions on all the issues reported.
Responsible for safety norms and machine safety.
Coordination with production planning and scheduling of production in consultation with the shop in charge.
Possess Greenfield project handling experience in Heavy Engineering component machining line planning, execution, and establishment.
Practically exposed to complete machining operations of VMC,HMC, HBM, & CNC part programming FANUC, SEIMENS control.
