Key Responsibilities

Industrial Relations & Union Management (Core Responsibility)
Lead the complete Industrial Relations function across manufacturing operations.
Build and maintain solid relationships with recognized Trade Unions.
Independently handle Union Negotiations, Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA), Long-Term Settlements (LTS), and wage revision discussions.
Negotiate productivity-linked settlements and bonus agreements.
Handle labour disputes, grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries, and employee counselling.
