Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior SEO Specialist to lead our search engine optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, technical SEO, content optimization, and keyword strategy, and will play a key role in increasing our online visibility and driving organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic
 Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis
 Perform technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations
 Optimize website content, metadata, URLs, and internal linking structure
 Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices
 Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
 Track and report on SEO KPIs (rankings, traffic, conversion, bounce rate, etc.)
 Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends




 Manage and guide junior SEO team members (if applicable)
 Build and execute link-building strategies (guest posts, outreach, backlinks)
 Recommend and implement improvements to website architecture and page performance

Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in digital Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field
 4–7 years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably agency or performance-driven roles)
 Proven success in improving rankings and organic traffic
 Solid knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
 Proficient with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
 Positive understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website structure (basic level)
 Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills (Bonus):
