Product Manager

Role Summary:-

The Product Manager is responsible for defining product strategy, driving roadmap execution, managing stakeholder alignment, and ensuring delivery of business outcomes.

The role is expected to lead AI-enabled transformation within Product Management and establish scalable operating models for AI-assisted delivery.

The Product Manager is a senior member of the Product Management team of IDIT R&D;, responsible for managing requirements for large and complex features that impact a specific domain. The candidate should be able to lead workshops with domain managers and customers to elicit requirements and present solution designs. The person should be able to mentor and train other Product Owners.

Pre-requisites
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
MBA preferred.

Experience
10+ years of relevant experience.
Should have some technical experience before transitioning to a BA/Product role.
Insurance experience is a must.
Prior knowledge of Core Insurance Product is a must.




Experience of having worked as a Lead BA/SME in an implementation project for at least 3 years.
Led end-to-end requirements across multiple domains and modules.

Domain Knowledge
Positive understanding of Insurance Products and processes covering at least 2 Lines of Business and associated processes.
Positive understanding of Reinsurance and Accounting modules.
Valuable understanding of enterprise-wide system landscape for an insurance company.
Good understanding of typical Insurance systems and their integration with the core system.
Focus on complex end-to-end requirements for a specific domain.
