We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Editor with experience in the ePublishing/publishing industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and refining manuscripts to meet publisher standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and readiness for downstream production processes.Key Responsibilities:
Perform technical editing of manuscripts to ensure compliance with publisher and project guidelines.
Review and standardize structure, formatting, and content consistency.
Handle equations, references, figures, tables, and cross-references accurately.
Ensure adherence to style guides (APA, Chicago, MLA, etc.).
Prepare manuscripts for typesetting, conversion, and digital publishing workflows.
Work closely with project managers, editors, and production teams.
Identify and resolve formatting and structural issues.
Maintain high quality standards and turnaround time.
